Please accept our sincere apology for there was unexpected down time and the systems of Sublime Revenue were not functioning for a while. Databases were failing and there is data loss for most of stats on 2021-02-02.
What really happened?
Following standard procedures we were updating database software and it was unsuccessful. Not only that but it totally screwed up the nodes. Took us quite the effort to recover. Everything, which could !@#$ up, did !@#$ up on the go as well… But we are back on track and here to stay. Thank you for your understanding!
What can we do?
