Wait! It’s not over yet. They are streaming the first day again today… What!?

The biggest event of online advertising. Paid event. Biggest. Online. Advertising. Had issues streaming the panels. How to discuss the topics in the assigned chat tracks right after? Wait! Wait! The event knows they take in tens of thousands of people at once and were not ready to stream. Hey, virus, it’s your fault! And the last-minute door price tickets purchases. Good one.

Everyone was watching black screens of death and thought to start messaging and networking directly. What else was there to do then? Guess what this turned into. Come on! Make the intelligent guess! You are right! Spam! Spam everywhere! Everyone wanted to stand out and let others know what they do, how much they suck and so on. On a paid, civilized, professionals mostly event. Or should I say pigsty. No. This is not funny. Really… It is not. Anyway, made the contacts, saw this and that. You know… Conference.

It is my birthday today. Lucky me! No party, yet. I’ll even ditch the make-a-wish candle magick most probably. Do you think I will be watching replays of things not new to me? Because I paid for an event I could not attend, no matter I was “online, wherever” I was? No? Do you think I will be in the mood to connect with people, who are lazy enough to write a personalized message and check out what you do before they ask the stupid questions and start pasting their ready made spam template to let you know what they want and how much they suck. And want a salary… 🙂 You’ve got to be kidding me. On my birthday! Not impressed. Xbiz Berlin 2020 was better, funner and worked. Hey! Why no article about it? Maybe next time… Coz too much porn. 😉

I will tell you right away then. No. I am having wine since I woke up. And I would most probably prefer the company of Cartoon Network on the TV. Because it actually makes sense to me. And it’s for kids. Right? Where was I? Yes… Everyone wants your traffic. That’s it. Nothing new. Oh! Yes. They also want to sell you whatever they do not know what they could do with. For a lot. And they have this product or service they do not know how to promote. No research, no test, no interest… Seriously!? When will this ever change? By the time you read this you should have realized we are not new to this. You know who you are. We do, too. And it is not my job to fix the world. Like, you know on this movie Star Wars where they send 1-2 Jedi knights alone to solve the problems of a while planed… Way off topic, right?

The choice is yours. The power, too. Have the wisdom to utilize it well and put the fruits of your labor to good use. Be mindful of what you came up with on your own. This is what I wish for you on my birthday, friend. Cheers! And remove the I’s and the eyes will see…
